Kelly Klemmer, CTRS

Therapy Department Manager

Ms. Klemmer graduated from Radford University with a B.S. in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism, with a concentration in Recreational Therapy (RT). She is currently practicing as the recreational therapist and rehabilitation department manager for Tree-of-Life Services ( TOLS) in Richmond VA. Her experiences with traumatic brain injury survivors at TOLS, and with the varying diagnoses at Cumberland Brown’s School for Children and Adolescents have served to reinforce the knowledge that RT and adaptive recreation are a crucial need for all disability populations.

Ms. Klemmer is a member of ATRA (American Therapeutic Recreation Association) and serves on the board for Sportable, a US Paralympic Sport Club and central Virginia’s leading provider of adaptive sports for individuals with disabilities. She looks forward to continuing to offer the opportunity for ongoing community reintegration and inclusion for TOLS clients and all individuals seeking adaptive sports and recreation experiences.
