Kristin Lee

Case Manager

Ms. Lee graduated from the University of Richmond with a degree in Health and Sports Science. She started her career by teaching small children in a private school for two years before coming to Tree of Life in 2000. Ms. Lee started at TOLS as a Life Skills Therapist working directly with clients. In 2001, she was promoted to Residential Manager, putting her in charge of all TOLS life skills staff and management of client issues in the TOLS home setting.

In 2007, based on her excellent record of relating to and managing interventions with clients, staff and families, Ms. Lee was once again promoted to her current position as Case Manager. In this capacity she serves as the central point of communication among clients, families, payer sources, and relevant persons in the community.

Ms. Lee has a long history of building positive, therapeutic, successful relationships with TOLS clients and all parties involved in their care.
